seeking a motivated graphic design superstar to join our team to
design and grow the visual identity of our sites and unique service
offerings. Work on a fun, cutting edge consumer product and bring your
UI and design expertise and our product to the masses. We are looking
for a team member that can capture our spirit and voice. Is this you?
We are seeking a creative dynamo who wants to become a part of a small
but growing team. The ideal candidate will possess the following
personal attributes:
* Smart, creative, communicative, demonstrable passion for the
project and collaborative work environment
* Thrives in a small, tightly knit team structure
* Background in consumer branding, youth, music and lifestyle imagery
* Receptive to learning new strategies, practices and adapting to change
Minimum Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all graphic design
disciplines, but a large subset of these skills is a good start.
* Experience with Graphic design packages such as Photoshop, Gimp or
Adobe Illustrator.
* Strong Knowledge of HTML/HTML 5/CSS
* Javascript esp. JQuery, Ajax Design Knowledge a Plus
* Mobile and App Design a Plus
* Freehand Drawing and Art Skills a Plus
* Familiarity and love of the Apple Style Guide
What you will be doing:
* Work directly with our technical and front end team to develop the
visual identity of our platform built for musicians and artists
* Improve usability issues and create and enhance the consumer experience
* Design company identity and music and lifestyle representative
attributes for a variety of genres and communities
